Dear clients, please note our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% fee.

• Please arrive early or on time to your scheduled appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Please call or text to let us know if you will be late. Anyone arriving later 15 minutes will be rescheduled.
